Booking in Advance
Please contact us by phone or WhatsApp in advance so that we may accommodate your schedule
Arrival Time
We suggest arriving 15 minutes prior to your appointment to check in and enjoy our welcome drink.
Late Arrival
Guests arriving late will have their treatment time reduced to accommodate subsequent appointments. Please notify us in advance if a delay is unavoidable.
Cancellation
If you wish to reschedule or cancel any appointment, please notify us at least four hours in advance.
Treatment Attire
We provide robes, slippers, disposable undergarments, and towels so that our guests feel as comfortable and relaxed as possible during their treatments.
Staying Hydrated
We recommend that alcohol not be consumed within four hours before or immediately after your treatment. After massages, please drink plenty of warm water and herbal infusions.
Special Health Considerations
Guests must complete a consultation profile at check-in and inform us of any special medical conditions, pregnancy, allergies, or use of any prescribed medication.
Taxes & Service Charges
For your convenience, all applicable taxes and service charges are included in the treatment prices.

Custom Packages
We offer custom treatment packages for special occasions — bridal, birthdays, and group celebrations.
Parking
Complimentary parking is available for all guests at our Talatona location.
